Today was my second time coming into Metalurgey and both times have been incredibly positive! I have been pierced by Roy in the past and they were spectacularly kind and friendly. Today, Zahra helped me change some jewellery and was the definition of “patience” as I decided on what I wanted.

I am a wheelchair user so I just wanted to add a few notes on access:
There is level entry to the shop and (at least) two of the rooms. The front door is light and it was easy for me to use. The front of shop was spacious enough for myself and another (manual) wheelchair user to manoeuvre around each other easily although it is not overly spacious. Doorways were wide enough for a chair with a 15in seat width and there was wiggle room. Everyone was very friendly and happy to help - didnt make a “thing” of it.
