I had my both of my ears pierced for the first time today. I was very nervous and anticipated it being a gruelling process. Roy was a joy to talk to though and helped put me at ease.
I didn't feel rushed or pressured into starting the piercing. He told me he'd pierce one ear, and there was no pressure to get the other one done if the pain was too much. I ended up powering through both, and then I just sat and chatted away for at least a half hour.

Fantastic!! Roy gave me a septum piercing today. He explained the before and the after of the process in an easy to understand way. I like that they emailed the aftercare instructions, too. I was super shy and nervous and he made me so comfortable. I would definitely recommend.
